While I’ve owned Computer Challenged? for more than 10 years, my expertise comes from a lifetime of exploring electronics. I realized that people just want their new (and old) electronic devices to work for them, quickly and easily. Which is why I began helping people set up their devices so they can make the most of their investment. I’ve always believed that new technology should be fun, not frustrating.
